On Monday November 17, 2008 the NYPD Harbor Unit unveiled a memorial wall honoring Harbor Unit members that gave their lives in the line of duty. Family members of those being honored were present as were Police Commissioner Kelly and a host of other NYPD brass.
Launch 5, a restored 1966 harbor launch was also on hand and welcomed attendees for a tour.
