Lt. Carol Grace-Walker (ret. 1988)

Lt. Carol Grace Joined the Harbor Unit in 1985 as a Sergeant and the first woman assigned to Harbor. She became the training supervisor for the Harbor Unit and then rose to be the Lieutenant Base Commander of Harbor George. Lt Grace also received the U.S. Coast Guard Inland Masters License.

Carol is retired and living in Florida and has recently sailed around the world as a Security Officer on a 100 day, 10 country voyage with 625 college kids as part of a program called Semester at Sea.
